The origin of vegetable carving has been disputed throughout the years. Many say it was born in Japan in ancient times, others say it was born in Thailand, others believe it originated in Sukothai. In contrast, others believe it developed during China's Tang and Song dynasties. Yet, despite its origin, vegetable carving makes an impact in today's culinary elegancy, displayed in different settings, such as distinguished and exclusive restaurant's gourmet dishes, elegant celebrations, hotels, and other venues.

Our artists are detail-oriented and fine artisans; they focus on precise pieces that will beautifully accentuate any plate. Some vegetable carving may take hours to create due to the detailed work involved.
